At Chris Christensen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion investment. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
